Mirjam E. Wilhelm is an art historian and Queer Studies scholar. She completed her PhD with a book on ‚forgotten‘ Avantgarde artist Vjera Biller and her persecution during the Holocaust as a queer Jewish woman.
Mirjam E. Wilhelm has worked as research assistant at Yale University, New Haven and as project coordinator for EHRI - The European Holocaust Research Infrastructure at the Vienna Wiesenthal Institute (VWI) in Austria. Currently, she is the head of the Internationalization Office at the Heidelberg University of Jewish Studies (HfJS) in Germany.
